Melba CRM smoothly won the business of Lapin Vuokravarastot Oy.

Lapin Vuokravarastot Oy wanted to make its business easier to manage and somewhat simpler.

The warehouse rental business has grown explosively, and customer demand only seems to grow. It has been made possible by Rovaniemi-based Lapin Vuokravarastot Oy, which rents storage containers in addition to small warehouses.
The customers are a good mix of companies and private individuals, says Petri Sarajärvi.

Customers rent a warehouse from the online store, from which the information is transferred to MelbaCRM. Melba stores the entire stock of warehouses and containers for rent, but also customer information.

"Meanwhile, Melba CRM is integrated into our invoicing software Netvisor, so now we no longer have to invoice manually", says Petri Sarajärvi.
