Sales have become interesting again.
In the middle of all the misery that Korona serves us in large portions, sales are rising to a new boom. New salespeople are hired and new markets are conquered.
Sales have become interesting again. Whatever the motive may be for the fact that there is clearly more investment in sales now than ever, this means growth and well-being.
Both of them will be repeated when better times come and companies see more than just unclear prospects in the future.
Now is the time to sell - it's time to sell
Salespeople have never had so much time to do sales work - never.
This opportunity won't happen again for a while.
Customers have never had so much time to chat with sales - never.
This opportunity won't happen again for a while.
Now if ever it's worth selling. Whether the customer is able to make a purchase decision right now is secondary - that time will come.
From processing bids to proactive sales
Since spring, I have met two to three clients every day - remotely, of course. Most of us are new customers.
In autumn, the pace has only accelerated. They all invest in the acquisition of new customers and think of ways to improve their sales.
It has been interesting to see how different these customers have been. Some of them I never thought I would meet, but everyone's goal is to start active sales instead of processing offers.
