Mateko Oy and JCB conquering industry
Mateko Oy markets JCB machines in Finland - wheel loaders, reachers, forklifts and earthmoving machines.
"We are best known in the earth construction and property maintenance segments, where JCB has long been a major supplier.
More than any other Backhoe Loader in the world is delivered by JCB", says Deputy Managing Director Kimmo Saartoala from Mateko.
"Different branches of industry are extremely interesting to us, because they use a lot of different types of machines to move both raw materials and finished products.
Our telehandlers and reachers are excellent in versatile cargo handling due to their agility and are therefore suitable for the needs of industry," continues Saartoala.
"However, the industrial sectors in Finland have been somewhat overshadowed, at least when compared to the fact that more than one in three reach trucks in the world is delivered by JCB.
That was one of the reasons for starting the cooperation with Melba Digital Oy. They built a comprehensive register of the target group for us, did targeted email marketing and hunted leads for sellers. So we received a very comprehensive set of services from Melba," says Saartoala

A huge amount of work, but the best reward is the success of the client
"I can have about seven conversations per hour.
This, in turn, requires roughly 28 call attempts.
That would be quite a number for any of the salespeople who have more to do than make calls.
However, the best thing is when I find out that the lead has resulted in a business. I strive to ensure that every lead is taken care of until the end, and not a single one is wasted," says Melba Digital's sales coordinator Mervi Hyvönen.
